Local Delivery:

Our standard delivery time is next working day. (Monday - Friday)

We deliver using our own vehicles over a large area and for nationwide deliveries we use FedEx.

If you are in the Colchester or surrounding areas that we cover in our own vehicle delivery is Free Of Charge regardless of the size of order.

Place you order online and if you are in an area we cover we will refund the delivery charge and remove it from your account for future orders.

Nationwide Delivery:

Nationwide delivery is also Free Of Charge for orders placed over £40.00 (excl.Vat) and for orders under this amount we charge just £5.95 (excl.Vat)

Furniture Orders:

Office Furniture products may take 5-7 days for delivery - Goods are flat packed and may require assembly - Please call us for delivery times on specific items.

Returns:

To return an item simply call our Sales Hotline - 0845 388 8207 or you can request a return online from your account menu when you login.

Returns are free as long as the item is in its original packaging and is still saleable. You must notify us within 16 days of placing your order if you wish to return an item.

Shortages and damaged goods must be notified to us with three days of receiving your order.

Food products are non-returnable.

Warranties:

All our goods are fully guaranteed by the wholesaler or the manufacturer.

If you order any office machines such as printers, shredders or fax machines etc. please ensure you complete the warranty registration included in the box and either send it by post or register your purchase online as the guarantee is with the manufacturer and they will carry out any repairs or replacements as required under the terms of their guarantee. This varies according to the manufacturer.

If any product you receive is faulty or doesn't meet your satisfaction let us know. We will arrange collection and a replacement product or a refund as necessary without query.
